3.2 Booking and Payment: All bookings and payments are made directly between you and the laundry service provider.

3.3 Service Disputes: Any disputes regarding service quality, pricing, or delivery must be resolved directly with the service provider.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purposes
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or service providers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Use automated systems to access the service

4.2 Content Guidelines: Any reviews, ratings, or comments must be honest, respectful, and relevant.

5. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

5.1 Personal Information: We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.2 Location Data: By using WashMatch, you consent to the collection of your location data to help find nearby laundry services.

5.3 Data Sharing: Your contact information may be shared with service providers only when you make a booking.

6. PREFERENCES AND MATCHING

6.1 Service Matching: The platform uses your preferences to recommend suitable laundry services.

6.2 Availability: Service availability depends on the operating hours and capacity of individual laundry shops.

7. PAYMENT AND FEES

7.1 Platform Fee: WashMatch is currently free for users. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with prior notice.

7.2 Service Charges: You are responsible for paying service providers directly for their services.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 Platform Role: WashMatch acts solely as a connecting platform. We are not liable for:

• Quality, timing, or condition of laundry services
• Loss or damage to your items while in service provider's care
• Disputes between you and service providers
• Service provider's failure to fulfill bookings

8.2 Platform Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, logos, designs, and trademarks on WashMatch are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without permission.

10. TERMINATION

10.1 By You: You may delete your account at any time through account settings.

10.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

11. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Davao City, Davao del Sur.
